The 2020 Jones Mountain Twin Snowboard Review Its a board you can lap the park with the Yes Standard all day. The 2018 156 Yes Standard was just not that fun for me and my size 9 boots compared to the 2017 model. So the 2018 review still stands and the changes werent big enough to tax Jones to borrow the board again. For jumping, this board has a nice, predictable pop to it. Edge Hold: The 2017 Yes Standard grips well but it doesnt grip like the Under Bite or Middle Bite tech. The 2013 is also a slight improvement over the 2011 and 2012 models because of the added camber. Because of the set back stance it wont be as easy as the older models but its still pretty close. The blunted tip/tail is great for a little extra float than the 2017 model. If just has no personality - feels to me like driving a domestic mid-size rental from Hertz, rather than a BMW. The fact that it is an intermediate/advanced board, this price point is standard, maybe even on the affordable side. Other than that the Jones Mountain Twin floats almost as well or almost as well as many dedicated powder boards. And as advertised, this is an all purpose, all-mountain boardmeaning if you travel for trips and only have one board to bring, this qualifies nicely.
